SHAH BAHETI CHANDAK & CO.., standing in the profession of 27 years was established on 10^th February 1978 by Mr. Vikram Shah, Mr. Kamal Baheti & Mr. Ashok Chandak at Nagpur with branch office at Akola.

Simultaneously, with same name and same partners a firm was also established at Akola. These two firms were merged in the year 1986 with head office at Nagpur and branch at Akola. Mr Prabin Baheti joined as partner in the firm from 1986. In the year 1997, the firm has further expanded with inclusion of three more partners and a branch at Amrabati managed by Mr. Rajesh Chandak. Another branch of the firm was opened at Mumbai n the year 2002.

Mr. Ashok Chandak, one of the founder partner, was elected as the president of the Institute Of Chartered Accountans of India for 2002-2003. He was teh first person from a non-metro city to occupy such a coveted & prestigeous position. He was also elected as the president fo South Asian Federation Of Accountants (SAFA) for 2003-2004.

Mr. Rajesh Chandak became the National President for 2004-2005 of Indian Junior Chamber, a individual development organisation having over one lacs members through 1600 chapters scattered all over India.
